    The following positions are currently available:


    Accountant

    Accounting Partners is seeking an accountant with 5+ years using QuickBooks for all facets of accounting:

    • AP
    • AR
    • Bank Recons.
    • multi-state sales taxes
    • prepare all aspects of multi-state payroll using QuickBooks and submit returns
    • compile financial statements and property tax returns

    QUALIFICATION

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Work directly with small business clients.
    • Must be customer-service and detail oriented, highly accurate and able to meet deadlines.
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
    • YOU MUST BE HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE USING QUICKBOOKS.

    There will be extra hours required during tax season and as needed. This position has variety of work in tax, general accounting and payroll. You will be tested on your QuickBooks skills.


    Please do not apply if you only have light QuickBooks experience or no 4-year accounting degree.

    Pro Advisor status is a plus.
